Transfer and Refund Policy




Up to one week before a course/workshop starts you are able to withdraw through whichever Recreation Centre or host site you registered at and receive a full refund. As well, transfers from one course to another may be done. However, during the week prior to the course start date and up to the end of the first week, refunds will be issued only if the space can be filled. Transfers will require the approval of Women’s Only Mountain Biking Inc. and will be done at their discretion.

We ride rain or shine so please dress appropriately for the weather. Please be aware there will not be any make up classes available due to time restrictions or refunds for missed classes or wet weather.
