Is pushing and walking your bike what you do to get to the top? Why not get into shape before you have to ride the hills this spring! Impress your friends! This course is designed for women who need to learn how to climb hills better, who are determined to climb hills and who are not in shape yet to climb the hills. Special tips and techniques will be provided each week to help you stay on your bike while climbing on a variety of terrain. Motivation, consistency and support will be key to your success in getting stronger more efficient and certainly in shape to ride those hills.
**Focus is on the climb. There are no technical descents.
Requirements: Completed the beginner course or equivalent. The bike you are using is 5 years old or newer.

This workshop is designed for riders who have completed the Intermediate 1 class or equivalent. The fun begins with Wheelie Drops, Endos, Bunny Hops, Catwalks, launches, better balance techniques and more. Female and Male instructors.
